Steel Mace Nation Workout Shake Recipe

Banana Breakfast

This morning protein shake includes bananas, greek yogurt, toasted wheat germ, nuts, and spices.

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/2c water or unsweetened hemp, almond or coconut milk

Water as needed for thickness

1 banana 

1-2 spoons plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp of toasted wheat germ

Handful of chopped walnuts or almonds

Pinch of nutmeg or all spice

Pinch of cinnamon
