Oats and Mangos Breakfast Protein Smoothie

This morning protein shake contains greek yogurt, a variety of fruit, oats, and protein powder.

1-2 scoops protein powder

1 -2 big handfuls of frozen mangos (or peaches)

1-2 c unsweetened almond, hemp, coconut milk or water

1-2 big spoonfuls of Greek yogurt

1 banana

½ c oats

Ice cubes
