Pancakes So Good!
This coffee based protein shake includes nuts, maple syrup, bananas, cinnamon, cold brew coffee, and protein powder.
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ c unsweetened almond, coconut, hemp milk or water
1/2c cold brew coffee
1/3c dry oats
1-2 tsp maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
½ bag of frozen banana or 1 whole frozen banana
