The Steel Mace Nation Inner Circle
My number 1 goal for Steel Mace Nation is to bring EVERYBODY together in one place of strength to create a community that we all can trust. Just like how are society is already set up, we are a mix of everything under the sun and we all have vital and essential rolls to play. As a firefighter I wanted to create a place where both first responders, the military and everyone else can find a place to relate to each other. There doesn’t have to be a separation, a firefighter only or police only fitness website (despite what marketing research says). Everyone has something to contribute.
How about someone who sits at a desk for living but really loves to train and be healthy? They certainly do have something to offer to police and other tactical athletes. What if a policeman gets promoted and gets a desk job? How will that affect him or her? They may notice things like weight gain & strength loss despite they are following their fitness program. Maybe they are burning less calories due to the desk job? What should they do? Workout more? Eat less? Both? It can get confusing and you don’t have the time to waste searching the internet for the answer.
This idea of cohesion between us is rooted in the premise that in physical culture we are forever students. Even someone with certifications and degrees is a student. In fact, even more so because the more we learn and understand about things like health and wellness, fitness, nutrition, exercise, energy systems, hormones and mindset, the more we can see that there is so much more to learn!

This is the place where all members can go and post up questions that we can tackle together. Common things like diet and nutrition and rest and recovery will be discussed amongst the group. Need help with one of the many follow along workouts? Not only can we discuss it here but I will provide videos to break down the movements and workouts. Everyone is welcome no matter what style of steel mace training they do.
